RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
All masonry projects with Bedrock Brick & Block must be scheduled in advance with a confirmed deposit. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your project date, with the remaining balance due before or on the day work begins.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made within the specified time frame noted at the time of booking to avoid charges. Cancellations made after the deadline may result in a partial or full charge, depending on the nature of the project.

PROJECT DELAYS AND OVERTIME
Clients are asked to ensure site readiness for scheduled start times. Extended delays or additional work beyond the original project scope may result in extra charges, billed according to project complexity and labor hours.

SAFETY AND CONDUCT ON SITE
For the safety of our team and property, clients should maintain a safe and orderly worksite. Any behavior that endangers staff or disrupts workflow may result in suspension or termination of service until the issue is resolved.

MATERIALS AND PROPERTY CARE
Clients are expected to protect surrounding areas and provide access to the worksite. Damage caused by negligence or obstruction may result in additional charges. We aim to leave every site clean and orderly upon project completion. Bedrock Brick & Block takes pride in the quality of its workmanship and care for your property.

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND INSPECTION
All work is performed to industry standards and inspected for quality. Clients are encouraged to review completed work and notify us promptly of any concerns so they can be addressed immediately.

LEFTOVER MATERIALS AND CLEANUP
While we take care to manage materials efficiently, clients are responsible for removal or disposal of leftover materials unless otherwise arranged. We ensure the worksite is left tidy at the end of the project.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Bedrock Brick & Block reserves the right to adjust timelines or substitute materials in case of unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to adhere to project schedules, factors such as weather or supply delays may affect completion, and we remain committed to minimizing disruptions.
